- I learned that I can use free or inexpensive technology and tools, including students' personal technology and a myriad of Web 2.0 sites and programs, to design lessons and projects to address reading fluency and comprehension and multicultural perspectives and social issues, integrating all three elements of my compelling question into many possible answers.
